We have any buyer that needs it (and most do), enroll in a monitored Credit Restoration plan to help them overcome any qualification issues they may have. We also do this to ensure Dodd-Frank compliance. We also set the buyer up with an online rent payment service and app that not only makes rent payment as easy as “clicking a button”, but it directly deposits the payments directly into your bank account. This is a “done-for-you” investment in a box.
When you buy a “Turn-Key Dream” home from us, right out of the box you have a cash-flowing rental property with a Lease Option tenant/buyer prescreened in place making monthly rental payments above the market rental rate.
